Every trial starts with a 1-2-1 session with your personal coach – this will be the person who supports you throughout your journey with us. We’ll establish what your fitness level is now, and what are your goals for the future.

Over the course of the trial, you’ll be able to attend 9 PT or team training sessions to suit you.

No strings attached.

After your trial we will sit down and review your experience and go through in detail the next step you can take to becoming a member. Our memberships range from £229 to £329 a month. I am sure we can find the right fit for you.

We ask for a rolling monthly commitment by way of a direct debit that starts on the 1st of each month. We require 2 months’ notice if you want to cancel. We understand that results take time and everyone has unique goals so we don’t want to tie you down to a contract.

Small Group Personal Training does what is says on the tin: training tailored to you in small groups. You’ll be working in groups of 2-4 led by an experienced coach.

It takes the best bits of personal training – individual attention, tailored programmes, and focused expertise – and adds in the best bits of group training – team spirit, fun, and challenge – and rolls them into one.

The result? You get an individualised, challenging, and fun experience that’s focused on getting the outcomes you want.

At Fitness Hub 21, we’re all about helping you achieve your goals but also want you to be able to move well and move often, regardless of your age and training experience. In other words, we’ll design your programme around what you want and need, with a foundation built on being strong, balanced, and healthy.

To achieve this, we use a combination of weight training, circuits, and interval training.

The sessions are varied and interesting and, most importantly, expertly designed to get you the results you want.

Safety and sustainability are paramount. You’ll be given full tuition on how to use the equipment and perform each of the movements.

We’re a boutique fitness establishment who believe that exercise is less about being on show and more about a personal, private experience.

Our well-structured, welcoming, and fully kitted-out space is tucked away at the rear of Winchmore Hill library.

We are situated on Green Lanes, next to Sainsbury’s.

We are easily accessible whether you are travelling on foot, by public transport or driving.

Free on-street parking is available.
